Focus Kaizen follows a compressed DMAIC model and utilizes a set of tools to drive maximum improvement possible within a very short time frame. A Focus Kaizen Workshop, or FKW, is a structured 5 days event participated by a team of employee to achieve a predefined objective.
You can choose to conduct one or several Focus Kaizen Workshops to improve a certain area within your organization. Many lean companies use this service to support their existing effort. For those who have yet to start, you may want to use this service to test drive the power of lean.
