Certified Lean Practitioner
Level : Green Belt - manufacturing focus
Duration: 6 days

Objective: To provide working knowledge and understanding of Lean concept and lean tools. To equip your talents to play an active role as effective teams member in a Focus Kaizen event or in various lean implementation projects. An excellent program for core team members in a lean transformation program.

Program Outline
Module 1: Lean Fundamental
Module 2: 6S and AM
Module 3: Takt, Flow and Pull
Module 4: SMED & Jidoka
Module 5: Focus Kaizen and Kaizen Tools

Certification requirement :
Pass one class test, complete one assignment and participate in one structured Kaizen workshop.

Certified Kaizen Leader
Level : Black Belt – manufacturing focus
Duration: 20 days training + 5 days practical

Objective: To provide expert knowledge and skill training to master lean thinking, lean tools and techniques and leadership. To equip your talent as effective change agent who can identify improvement opportunity, lead Focus Kaizen workshops, measure results and help promote lean culture.

Lean Six Sigma for Service - Green Belt
Level: Green Belt - transaction processes
Duration: 7 days
