Introduction
Untidy, cluttered work areas where junk getting in everybody's way and dirt compromising quality are not productive. We all are happier in a clean and tidy environment and hence more inclined to work hard and with due care and attention.
5S is a set of techniques providing a standard approach to housekeeping within Lean. It is far more than simply housekeeping and some of the elements described in this course have broader implications.
This course shows you how 5S can unclutter the work area quickly and create a clean and safe workplace. You will learn various visual systems that make your daily work more efficient.
Who should sign up
Anyone can learn 5S. Fresh graduates can show future employer with 5S knowledge. 5S committee and various 5S team within the organization. You can use this training for all employees within you plant.

It consists of 6 lessons. Take approxiatemately 60 minutes to cmplete.

Lesson 1: What is 5S?
Lesson 2: Sort
Lesson 3: Set In Order
Lesson 4: Shine
Lesson 5: Standardize
Lesson 6: Sustsain
Quiz
The learner can repeat the test many time. A certificate is issued in the name of student once the passing score reach 75% and above.
Technical requirement: Computer with internet access. Minimum Screen resolution 1024x768 Audio or headphone
